To join Atlan Associates, you will need to complete our online application, and pay the first $ 30. of your training program and registration fee as well as sign a credit agreement for the $ 120. balance of the package cost. Your next quarterly fee of $ 15. will not be due for three months. The Total Training Program will be delivered by email upon completion of enrollment and payment.
Once your application is approved online, you will be sent an Atlan Associate code. Once you receive that number, you can begin to enroll new Atlan Associates, Club Atlan Members, and AI Contract Partners immediately thereafter - all of which can pay you compensation and training fees. The compensation and training fees plan pays to seven levels and offers compensation related to every aspect of getting people involved and trained as Atlan Associates, ClubAtlan Members, and AI Contract Partners, and your downline people will pay for your oversight according to the following compensation structure:

Checks will be issued on any account balance over $ 50. on a weekly basis (soon expected to grow to twice weekly with Direct Deposit on Tuesdays and Fridays).
How To Make This Pay: Relevant Rules & Terms
The Atlan system is a very simple 5x2 Multi Level Marketing (MLM) or Network Marketing matrix. This is how all American business is built in one format or another, and is simply to say, before you add a sixth Associate direct to you, you must first add - or more likely help them to add - five Associates direct to each of the first five Associates direct to you. You must have at least 5 Associates direct to you, that each have five Associates direct to them to complete the 5x2 matrix. 2 levels of 5 Associates each. You are responsible for overseeing and managing the training of everyone on your team at all of seven (7) levels below you.
Even more importantly, to accomplish each level of qualification, you must add another level of five Associates (on any legs) to be a qualifier at that level.
Points have value at every level in your relationship with The Atlan Group, and they increase in importance as you build your team to deeper levels. You earn points by adding and training Associates in your downline: 4 points for every direct Associate you enroll and train, 2 points for every ClubAtlan Membership you enroll, and 1 point for every AI Contract Partner you enroll and train in your team. You receive 3 points for each Associate that is in a 220 relationship to you, 2 points for each Associate that is in a 312 relationship to you, and 1 point for each other Associate in your downline, as well as every other active membership in your downline. Points are calculated monthly, and you are responsible for the oversight of every person in your team.
The level qualifications are as follow:
CSR Qualified - Level 220: Once you are in a Level 220 relationship to any of your downline AND have a total of 12 points, you qualify to become a CSR after you have completed the training, and passed the CSR test. All training and testing is available through Atlan University.
Regional Management Qualified - Level 312: Once you are in a Level 312 relationship to any five (5) Associates in your downline, you become Regional Management Qualified. As a qualified Regional Manager, you may choose to apply for this position, as it becomes available for nomination each year. As a Regional Manager, you will receive override on all memberships, and all work completed in your region while serving in this capacity.
State Management Qualified - Level 406: Once you are in a Level 406 relationship to any five (5) Associates in your downline, you become State Management Qualified. As a qualified State Manager, you may choose to apply for this position, as it becomes available for nomination each year. As a State Manager, you will receive override on all memberships, and all work completed in your State while serving in this capacity.
Franchise Qualified - Level 505: Once you are in a Level 505 relationship to any five (5) Associates in your downline, you become Franchise Qualified. As a Franchise Qualifier, you may choose to apply to become a franchisee in accordance with the rules for the franchise you choose to pursue. At this level, all points generated by your downline can be used to purchase up to 80% of the cost of a franchise based on the cost that an outside party would pay for the same franchise. Initial Public Offering (IPO) Qualified - Level 604: Once you are in a Level 604 relationship to any five (5) Associates in your downline, you become Initial Public Offering (IPO) Qualified. As an Associate that is IPO qualified, your accumulated points may be converted into Stock Options in the event that the company is registered and converted into a publicly traded company. The value of the stock options will be determined at the time based on all stock allowed to be issued, the number of IPO qualified Associates, and the valuation of the company at that time.
Profit Sharing (PS) Qualified - Level 703: Once you are in a Level 703 relationship to any five (5) Associates in your downline, you have achieved the top rung of success in The Atlan Group structure, and will be called upon to help manage the company in which you are so well invested by this time. As such, you will also qualify to share in the profits of the company based on the total points that you have accumulated in your downline.
Other Terms:
It is specifically noted that where ClubAtlan memberships are sold on properties in zipcodes that are anticipated to have high property membership rejection rates, commissions will be held for 30 days before release - granting ClubAtlan and it's members both the opportunity to reject the membership terms if so desired. If after commissions are credited to an Associates account, the membership is cancelled within 30 days and funds are refunded, all commissions paid will be charged back to the Associate.
Also, all Associates are responsible for accepting all company information by Email as the primary source of personal and corporate communication. The company cannot accept responsibility for opportunities missed by those who do not stay up with their email. To help minimize Associate responsibilities in this regard, all corporate emails will be designated as such in the senders info., and personal communications to an Associate from the company will specifically reference as much in the email subject line, so as to differentiate from any other communications initiated by others in, and/or through the company.
