Our Atlan Checkpoint program is the first membership planning and documentation visit completed at a members property by an Atlan trained Client Services Representative (CSR). While we offer this service as a free start to our ClubAtlan program, it is also offered to the public at large as a $ 150. Consultation.

This thorough documentation and examination of a clients home includes recording the number and type of systems in the home, the brands, models, and serial numbers of all major equipment in the home, and determines the current age, and condition of each of these systems and pieces of equipment.

Based on this information, a proposed maintenance and action plan is formulated for the home to achieve the property owners goals in terms of cost, value and efficiency.
